1. Appointments & Bookings

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • A valid phone number and/or email address must be provided at the time of booking to receive confirmations and reminders.

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit for certain services or packages.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows may result in the full service charge being applied.

  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made in person via cash, debit, credit card, or other accepted payment methods.

  • Some advanced treatments or packages may require prepayment or deposit.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.

  • RadiantMD Consulting is not responsible for adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed medical information.

  • We maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards in compliance with Health Canada and local health regulations.

  • Certain treatments may require a consultation or physician clearance before proceeding.

5. Use of Services

  • Our treatments are for aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness purposes only.

  • Any inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion if deemed necessary for health, safety, or professional reasons.

6. Privacy & Personal Data

  • Your personal data (name, contact details, medical information) is collected for booking, consultation, and service purposes only.

  • We adhere to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada to safeguard your information.

  • Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

  • With your permission, we may contact you for promotions, offers, or updates related to our services.

7. Liability

  • While we use the highest-quality products and professional care, RadiantMD Consulting is not liable for any unforeseen or allergic reactions.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to receive treatments.

  • Results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to post-treatment care.
